Penelope or " Nelle " as she likes to be called is a descented of the late and (disowned ) Isla Black. knownig this gives her a edge on her personality she loves to be miss. Right about everything she very snippy and loves to complain when she doesn't get her way. She comes from an average middle-class wizarding family which is the reason she acts the way that she does. She loves to look down upon others and is never satisified by anything her parents does, at times she finds them to be an embrassement to her and the 'pure-blacks'.
In the family as she calls them, after being sorted into the Ravenclaw house during her first year at Hogwarts Penelope suffered from sevre depression along with the much needed reality check she was so desperatley in neeed of. since then Penelope has changed her way of thing after vowed to amind things with her family. She still is quite the know-it-all making her one of the school top snobs. That is one thing Penelope refuses to change about herself.
